At Ready Set Read, we are committed to helping your child build lifelong reading skills through our play-based, research-backed program. We also understand that every family’s needs are different. That’s why we offer a fair refund policy, one that supports both our families and the integrity of our work.

Our Guarantee to You

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If, after giving the course a genuine try, you feel it isn’t the right fit for your child, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met.

To Qualify for a Refund

You must:

• Have actively used the course for at least 2 weeks

• Completed at least 3 lessons

• Submit a brief explanation of why the course didn’t meet your expectations

• Provide proof of use, such as a photo or scan of completed workbook pages or activities

This helps ensure that the course was given a fair chance and allows us to continue improving what we offer.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:

• The course was accessed but not meaningfully used

• No evidence of participation is provided

• The request is made after 14 days from the date of purchase
